Jo Dee's Story

Ended up in Texas, still don't know why I stayed here, except now I have all my family here and would never leave. Still working, hate it but am grateful that I have a job nowadays. Work for the not so great state of texas, no big deal. Look to retire in 1927. I really am happy even thou it may not sound like it, I have everything that I need and the love of God to see me through the ups and downs of life,,,at my age a lot of downs. But I have lots to look forward to, like Heaven. I am still a widow, since 1998 and have no interest in marrying again. ...Expand for more
Too old to raise another human being. Still raising a son which is what and who I live for. He is an awesome young man and give me great joy. My daughter and her family are incredible and I have great peace knowing they are so close by. Both of sisters and their families are here. Still have my dad (86 years). We lost our mother last December 19th, 2010. Will never get over that loss. I would love to hear from anyone who might want to chat and catch up.
